Questions and answers

Are my secrets uploaded?

No. Secrets, QR images and backup passwords are processed only in this browser. No analytics scripts run on this page.

Will my accounts be saved?

Accounts stay in memory only. Closing, reloading or changing language clears them. Download an encrypted backup before leaving.

Why is my code rejected?

Check that your device clock is set automatically and that the secret, algorithm, digits and period match the service.

How do backups work?

Your accounts are zipped, then encrypted with your password using AES-256-GCM. Restore the .73hi.enc file here. Ordinary password-protected ZIP files are not supported. Keep the password separately; it cannot be recovered.
